South Australian Forest Weddings
For those who are looking for an even more intimate wedding experience, we offer a simple registry package that allows you to choose from a range of forest locations throughout South Australia. These include Kuitpo Forest, which is located in the south Mount Lofty Ranges and is just a 45-minute drive from Adelaide, as well as Mount Crawford Forest, which is situated in the northern Mount Lofty Ranges, about an hour’s drive from Adelaide.
Other forest locations include Second Valley Forest on the Fleurieu Peninsula, which is home to Ingalalla Falls and walking trails, and Green Triangle Forest in the Limestone Coast, which boasts limestone caves and karst features, including Ghost Mushroom Lane.
At KISS Package, we offer a combined celebrant and photography package to capture every precious moment of your special day. Styling options are also available, along with many other extras, depending on the location you choose.

Plus any State Forest Fees
The cost of the forest location fees for a wedding can vary depending on several factors, such as the number of attendees, the location you choose within the park, the size of your celebration, and the time of year. These variables can make the planning process complicated, but at KISS, we can assist you in streamlining the process with our expertise and straightforward approach. Depending on the size of the celebration we charge an $80 application fee at KISS, once your package has been booked, we will take this fee off our package.
State Forest Fees, we will confirm this when you enquire with us.
Some forest activities require visitors to pay a fee and obtain a permit.
ForestrySA is committed to supporting and facilitating nature-based activities and events in our forest reserves, which contribute positively to the health and well-being of local people, businesses, communities and the economy.
Each year, ForestrySA dedicates significant time to process application requests and to maintain and enhancing the extensive trail network and facilities available within forest reserves.
Regular review of their recreational fees is a State Government requirement and takes place annually on 1 July.
Small updates to on their fees allow them the opportunity to recoup some administration, on-ground support and maintenance costs, and continue to provide well-maintained forest facilities into the future.

By providing you with a celebrant and photographer as a package, it will save you time and energy in finding and coordinating different vendors. You can trust that both the celebrant and photographer are experienced professionals who will work together to ensure that your special day is captured in the way you envision it.
Additionally, the pre-wedding consultation that is included in the package will allow you to communicate your preferences and vision with both the celebrant and photographer at the same time, making the coordination process much more efficient.

Celebrant
Our celebrant will work with you to create a ceremony that reflects your personality and values, and that is tailored to your specific needs. They are authorised to conduct your marriage ceremony in a manner that meets the legal requirements. This includes a range of matters such as ensuring that your ceremony contains certain mandatory words; the correct completion of your Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) and all other marriage documents; and the lodging of your marriage documents with the Registry of Births, Death & Marriages.
Photography
Our wedding photography packages include a professional photographer, all photos professionally edited, and supplied digitally on a USB in full-size resolution, with no watermarks and ready for printing. On average, we deliver around 50 photos per hour – but often, we end up with even more than that.
Photography Permits: Professional photography is welcome within ForestrySA’s forests; however, we are required to purchase a permit and a fee applies for commercial quality photography. This is included in our package prices. Ensures we are covered legally on your wedding day.
