A micro wedding doesn’t have to mean an outdoor ceremony or an elopement.
This couple chose St Francis Xavier’s Cathedral in Adelaide for a small, traditional church ceremony surrounded by their closest family and friends.
The cathedral provides a completely different setting from many of our Adelaide micro weddings, with stained glass, beautiful architecture and the atmosphere of one of the city’s best-known churches.
Siva photographed the ceremony, capturing the arrivals, guests, ceremony and some quiet portraits inside and around the cathedral.
For couples wanting to keep their guest list small while still having a traditional church wedding, this is a lovely example of how the two can work together.
