- Parking, accessible paths, toilets and supplier access.
- An approved indoor or wet-weather alternative.
- Noise limits, neighbours and the time celebrations must finish.

Give yourselves time to enjoy the stay
Allow for check-in, preparation, photographs and packing away. Keep sightseeing or a long meal on a separate part of the timetable so the ceremony does not feel rushed.
