Once an original teacher’s residence, The Cottage Macclesfield is a c.1890s sandstone home blending heritage charm with modern comfort.

      The cottage is in Macclesfield, a small township in the Adelaide Hills, within walking distance of local cafés, the pub & shops. It’s an easy drive from Adelaide & close to other Hills towns like Meadows, Echunga & Mount Barker.

      How many guests can we have?

      • Up to 8 guests are included in the standard package (sleeping in the rooms).

      • You can add the king sofa bed for a total of 9–10 guests with a $100 flat linen fee.

      This keeps it intimate, relaxed & true to the elopement / micro wedding style.

      Can we stay extra nights?

      These packages are built around a 2-night stay. Extra nights may be possible subject to The Cottage’s availability & their standard rates at the time of booking. If you’re thinking about a longer honeymoon-style stay, mention it in your enquiry & we can check for you.
