Monday–Thursday: $2,800

What is included
- Two nights accommodation at Emerald Hummingbird, included in your KISS package
- A legal-only celebrant ceremony, including the required legal wording, marriage vows and paperwork
- One hour of professional photography and edited high-resolution images
- Planning support for your legal ceremony and photographs
You may share your own personal vows privately. They do not replace the required legal vows during the ceremony.
The difference: Legal Essentials focuses on the required legal ceremony with one hour of photography. Custom Elopement includes a personalised ceremony and two hours of photography. Both include the two-night stay. Styling is included only when you choose a styled package.
Elopements only. Accommodation sleeps two; ceremony guest numbers and the intended setup are confirmed for your booking.
Prices are in AUD and based on your ceremony day. Public holidays attract a 10% surcharge on the whole quote, applied once. No GST is charged. Optional extras are quoted separately.

Can we bring guests?
Tell us your total people, including the couple and suppliers. We will confirm the permitted ceremony guest number before you book.
Do you supply witnesses?
Yes — we can organise witnesses if needed.
Can we upgrade later?
Yes — you can add styling or extra photography anytime.
Do we choose the time?
Yes — we’ll guide you on timing, but it’s your call.
What happens if it rains?
Confirm the permitted wet-weather alternative, guest access and any extra cost with KISS and the property before booking. A change of location or time depends on availability.

Before booking, ask the venue or land manager to confirm step-free access, walking distances, accessible toilets, seating and a workable wet-weather option for your exact ceremony spot.
Share any access needs with KISS when you enquire, so they can be included in the planning discussion. A garden, beach or property being open to visitors does not confirm that every ceremony area will suit every guest.
