Guest access & numbers

The Coachman’s Rest is a private property, designed for smaller, more intimate experiences.

• Elopements are perfect for just the two of you
• Micro weddings are best suited up to 25 guests
• Up to 30 guests may be possible on request

Only confirmed guests are permitted on the property.

Accommodation details

Your package includes a one-night stay in the tiny house for the couple.

• Additional nights can be added (subject to availability)
• Late check-out may be included or upgraded depending on your package

This is part of the experience — arrive, stay, relax & enjoy the space.

Check-in & check-out

Standard accommodation times apply unless arranged otherwise.

Exact timings will be confirmed during your booking process to ensure everything flows smoothly with your ceremony & photography.

Property & care

This is a private rural property and is treated with care.

• Please respect the space and surroundings
• Any damage or excessive cleaning may incur additional charges
• Some areas of the property or surrounding bushland may have restricted access for safety

Smoking

No smoking or vaping is permitted on the property due to fire risk and the natural environment.

🐐 Animals & surroundings

The property includes a relaxed farm-style setting with goats, chickens and open land.

• Please be mindful around animals
• Some areas may not be accessible at all times

Ceremony & photography

Your ceremony and photos are designed to happen onsite.

• Ceremony location is within the property
• Photography takes place around the grounds
• Everything is designed to flow naturally without needing to travel

Celebrant & photography (KISS)

Your KISS Package includes your celebrant & photographer working together.

• This keeps the day simple, relaxed & well-timed
• No multiple suppliers arriving separately
• Everything flows as one experience

Catering options

Food options are provided through Chief Catering.

Optional add-ons may include:

• Roaming canapés
• Grazing tables

These can be added to suit your guest numbers and style of celebration.

Changes & cancellations

Any changes or cancellations relating to the venue or accommodation are subject to the venue’s terms and timeframes.
