How to Download Your Wedding Photos

How to Download Your Wedding Photos

After your wedding, your photos will be delivered in a private online folder that is simple to access and easy to download.

All images are supplied in full resolution, ready for printing or sharing with family and friends.

Your photos are delivered using Dropbox, which means you do not need to create an account or install any software to access them.

How Your Photos Are Delivered

Once your wedding photos are ready, you will receive a private link to your Dropbox folder.

This folder contains all of your professionally edited images in full size, high-resolution format.

Your photos will:

• have no watermarks
• be ready for printing
• be easy to download and share

Couples typically receive around 50 images per hour of photography, often more, depending on the moments captured during the day.

    How to Download Your Photos

Downloading your wedding photos is simple.

    Step 1

Click the private Dropbox link provided in your email.

    Step 2

Your browser will open the photo gallery showing all your images.

    Step 3

Click Download in the top right corner.

    Step 4

Select Download All to save the entire gallery to your computer.

Dropbox will compress the files into a single ZIP file, which you can easily extract once downloaded.

No Dropbox account is needed — just open the link and download.

    Downloading Individual Photos

If you only want to download specific photos:

    Step 1

    Open the image you like

    Step 2

    Click the Download button

    Step 3

Save the image to your device

This is useful if you want to quickly share photos on social media.

    Sharing Your Wedding Photos

Your Dropbox gallery link can be shared with friends and family so they can also download the images.

Many couples also use this link to send photos to family members overseas or to share with guests who attended the wedding.

    Printing Your Photos

All images are supplied in high-resolution format, meaning they are suitable for:

    • professional printing
    • photo albums
    • framed wall prints
    • large canvas prints

Because the images are supplied without watermarks, you are free to print them wherever you like.

Over the years we’ve found that printing through photographers can sometimes become unnecessarily expensive for couples. Many of our couples are also travelling from interstate or overseas, so it’s usually easier and more practical for them to print their photos locally once they return home.

Because of this, we provide all images in high-resolution format with no watermarks, giving you complete freedom to print your photos wherever you prefer.

For couples printing within Australia, some reliable options include:

Adelaide Black & White – excellent professional photo printing
Atkins Photo Lab – high quality photographic printing
Officeworks – convenient for small print batches and quick prints

These labs allow you to print anything from small photo prints to large framed images or albums.

      Backing Up Your Photos

Once downloaded, we recommend backing up your photos in at least two places.

      For example:

      • your computer
      • an external hard drive
      • a cloud storage service

Your wedding photos are priceless memories, so having a backup ensures they remain safe for years to come.

USB Copy of Your Wedding Photos

If you would like a USB copy of your wedding photos, we can supply one for $80 plus postage.

To order a USB, simply email:

        weddings@kisspackage.com.au

        Please include:

        • your wedding date
        • your names
        • your postal address

Your USB will be posted via secure registered post.

        Important – Photo Storage

Your wedding photos will remain available in your download gallery for a period of time after delivery.

However, images are generally removed from our servers approximately 9–12 months after you receive your gallery, so we strongly recommend downloading and backing up your photos in multiple places once they are delivered.

Your wedding photos are priceless memories, so having backups ensures they remain safe for many years to come.

        Social Media & Your Privacy

Elopements and micro weddings are often more intimate and private than traditional weddings, and we completely respect that.

If you would prefer no photos shared on our social media or website, please let us know in advance and we will absolutely respect your wishes.

Many couples choose to keep their wedding private for a period of time, especially if they are planning to announce their marriage to friends or family later. In these cases, couples will often let us know when they have made their announcement and when they are happy for us to share a few images.

You may also notice that we generally avoid posting photos of children or guests, unless we have clear permission to do so.

While we always love sharing beautiful wedding moments, your privacy always comes first.

Privacy requests are very common with elopements, and we are always happy to accommodate them.

        Sharing Photos with Your Suppliers

If you are happy for your photos to be shared, we also like to support the amazing suppliers involved in your wedding.

If you let us know who your suppliers are (celebrant, venue, florist, stylist etc), we can contact them directly and send a small selection of watermarked images they can use for their own social media and promotion.

This helps support local wedding businesses and also allows everyone involved to celebrate your day.

Unless otherwise requested in advance, KISS may share a small selection of images for portfolio, website and social media purposes.
