A setting for your small celebration

The Limestone Coast includes distinct towns and landscapes rather than one compact wedding location. Start by choosing a base: the coast around Robe, Mount Gambier’s surroundings, or the wine country near Coonawarra. The venue and travel plan should work together before you choose the rest of the weekend’s activities.

Make a stay of it

The region brings together the Blue Lake/Warwar, the gardens at Umpherston Sinkhole/Balumbul, Coonawarra wine experiences and coastal places such as Robe. These are ideas for exploring before or after the wedding; access to a visitor attraction does not mean it can host a ceremony.

Plan the day around your guests

Distances between towns can shape the guest experience. Consider staying in one area and planning a separate sightseeing day. Ask each venue about its event approval, wet-weather space, accommodation arrangements and supplier access, and ask KISS to confirm services and travel for the chosen location.
