A setting for your small celebration

Port Elliot suits couples drawn to a seaside atmosphere and a small group of family or friends. Choose your actual ceremony site before planning photographs or a meal. A public reserve, beach and private property have different booking arrangements; the scenery alone does not establish permission to hold an event.

Make a stay of it

Horseshoe Bay gives the town its distinctive coastal setting. Allow time for a beach visit, a stop at Port Elliot Bakery and browsing in the village. Make these separate plans for your stay, with time to enjoy the town before or after the ceremony.

Plan the day around your guests

Ask about wind shelter, suitable access for every guest and a weather alternative. Keep time between the ceremony and meal for photographs without sending guests on a long transfer. Nearby Victor Harbor is a separate destination and may have different council arrangements.
