Listed venue capacities are approximate. Confirm seating, layout and wedding suitability for the space you choose.
Based on the sources linked below. Confirm current arrangements for your date with the council or venue.

Contact the council or venue’s bookings team with your preferred date, time, guest numbers and ceremony plans. Include your exact location, arrival and pack-down times.
Ask for the current application, fees, hire conditions and written approval. Check who handles each part of the booking.
Choose celebrant, photography and styling services. Your written quote confirms what KISS arranges and any separate venue or permit costs.
Check the route from parking to the ceremony, steps and ground surfaces, accessible toilets and opening hours. Share any mobility needs before choosing the site. Ask about pets if you want to bring yours.
Confirm a weather alternative, guest capacity, chairs, signing table, arch, music and supplier access. Ask whether the area stays open to other visitors during your ceremony.
Request a written quote and application deadline. Check the named hirer, any bond, key collection, cleaning, cancellation and relocation arrangements.
Replace the bracketed details and send this to the council or venue contact. Include a marked map or site photograph if it helps identify the spot.
